Terms of service

Pink Fame is a tool that lets you write a single post and publish it to your connected Instagram and TikTok accounts at the same time, or schedule it for later. Pink Fame is provided by Danielius Studio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. We are not affiliated with Meta or TikTok.

When you connect Instagram or TikTok, you authorize Pink Fame to publish content that you write and submit through the app. You retain all rights to the content you publish.

You agree not to use Pink Fame to send spam, to publish content that violates the community guidelines of Instagram or TikTok, to break applicable laws, or to infringe on another person's rights. You remain responsible for the content you publish through Pink Fame.

Pink Fame relies on the Meta Graph API and the TikTok Content Posting API. Meta and TikTok each have their own terms of service that govern your use of those platforms. By connecting your accounts, you agree to follow those terms as well.

Pink Fame is provided as-is. We may change, suspend, or end the service at any time. We do not guarantee that posts will succeed - publishing depends on Meta, TikTok, your account state, and your network.

Pink Fame is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danielius Studio LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Pink Fame.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We may update these terms; the updated date will appear at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
